What is the distance between the master control system and data distributor? How about to another data distributor?
It is 100m from the master control system to the data distributor with UTP, and also 100m between two neighboring data distributors with UTP.

What is the distance between the data distributor and differential card? And how about it between the differential card to lamps?
The distance between the data distributor and differential card is 100m with UTP, and it is 2m from the differential card to lamps.
Why the cascaded data distributor controlled LED strips out of control?
The status lamps of the cascaded data distributor is out of order, please replace the cables.
Is there any difficulty in using Macroblock's LED drivers if customer's original design is for Toshiba's LED drivers?
Macroblock's LED drivers are fully pin and pitch compatible with Toshiba's 8-bit(TB62705CFN/CP) and 16-bit(TB62706BN/BF). There is no need for PCB modifications. Customers can use the LED drivers very easily. Only external resistors may need to be changed.
Why the color of lamps is incorrect?
The BIN file of the data distributor is wrong, please modify and download again.
What are the common trouble shooting methods?
a) Please check if the power supply system of the screen/lamps is OK
b) Check the LED manager setup.
c) Please make sure that the power supply, frame controller panel controller, LED boards,
scan cards are all powered on normally, and check if the status lamps are correct.
d) Please measure the voltage of LED board power connector and see if it is 5V±0.3;
e) Check the cables connection of LED boards accordingly
(1)If the cables are connected according to indicated direction on LED boards.
(2)If the scan cards are connected in accordance with LED boards cascaded direction.
(3)Please check if the 1st pin of 16P flat cables is corresponding to LED boards.
Note: the 1st pin of LED board is identified by “1”, “△”or“□ ”.
(4)Please make sure that 16P flat cables are connected to LED boards input connector.
Note: LED boards input connector will be at the right side of ZQL9705X IC.
(5)Check if the status lamps of scan cards/data distributor are OK, when the red is off and green is on, it is OK.
(6)Please check if the cables connection of scan cards /data distributor is correct.
(7)Please check if the status lamps of control system are correct or not.
(8)Please check if the cables connection of control system is correct or not.
(9)Please check if the DVI cable and serial port cable is correctly connected or not.
